Day #4 - Plein Air I

Day #4 "Plein Air I - Snowy Branches"

14x11 cm
oil on gessoed paper

The weather is loco here right now, one day snow melts away, the next day it's cold again and snowing. Mostly we have snow on the ground. This is an hour plein air in the garden. Lovely weather outside, not too cold but fresh and pretty with snow - perfect to paint snow plein air.

Nice, good mix of colors! I find you're courageous to paint outside in winter. Today, I'm painting something that reminds me of your painting, but I'm looking through the window. I'm a coward... :)

Brrrr, it is too cold for that over here (and damp)! You have coped well with the conditions, it is a lovely painting!

Thanks both for visiting again and commenting!
I paint sometimes through the window, especially when it's -20 or colder outside. Much nicer inside in those temperatures. :)
